Meet Kelli Farhat, OTR/L

Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist | Pilates-Based Rehabilitation

Hi, I’m Kelli.

I’m an Occupational Therapist, Pilates instructor, and Pelvic Health Practitioner in Bend, Oregon, with six years of experience helping people move with greater comfort, confidence, and ease.

I created The Reconnected Body to support women navigating concerns that can feel difficult to talk about, are often overlooked, or have been dismissed as something they simply have to live with.

Who I Work With

You may have been quietly managing symptoms for months or years, wondering whether what you’re experiencing is normal or whether anything can help.

I work with women experiencing:

  • Bladder leakage with coughing, laughing, exercise, or urgency

  • Pain with intimacy

  • Difficulty or discomfort with tampons, menstrual cups, or pelvic exams

  • Pelvic, hip, low back, or sacroiliac (SI) joint pain

  • Pregnancy and postpartum recovery

  • Perimenopause, menopause, and other hormonal transitions

  • Hypermobility and post-surgical rehabilitation

If your concerns aren't listed here, you're still welcome to reach out. Your experience deserves to be heard, and you don't have to navigate it alone.

My Approach

As an occupational therapist, I look at the whole picture: how you move, breathe, manage stress, and participate in everyday life. The pelvic floor doesn't work in isolation, and your care shouldn't either.

Sessions are individualized to your needs and goals, integrating pelvic health education, movement-based rehabilitation, Pilates-based exercise, breathwork, body awareness, and appropriate hands-on techniques.

We begin with a conversation about your history, concerns, and goals. Your care is collaborative, and nothing happens without your understanding and consent.

I believe rehabilitation is about more than reducing symptoms. It's about building trust in your body, feeling more confident in your movement, and returning to the activities that make life feel like yours.
